New Donation Shatters Records!
Wed 11/23/2005
With a record breaking donation, my mother has left all the previous contributors in the dust. Her substantial donation has brought our total up to $8.24, and severely disfigured our donations chart. Not only that, but we are now one-third of the way to our goal of 24 dollars. Removal of the cluttering advertisements is within sight!
Thanks Mom!
Recognizing the Site Staff
Mon 11/21/2005
After I posted my last entry about Bethany's birth, I realized that I have a volunteer staff of people who help me with this website. A few hours after I posted the "The Story of Bethany's Birth", I received an email from my step-niece-in-law, Jammie, with spelling and grammar corrections. She usually helps me out with this, and so has been an unofficial editor for a while. I also realize that my brother, Daniel, deserves some recognition here on the front page for his illustrations. So, in honor of Daniel, Jammie, and all the people who have donated money and time to my website, I have set up the Website Staff box on the right side of the main page. I know that just having your name in a box isn't that great, but someday when the website is making hundreds of thousands of dollars, I promise to send you some of it.

New Top Donator
Fri 9/2/2005
It has happened again! My website has inspired its readers to action. I have received not one but two record breaking donations. The 3 cents that James sent pushed him over the top, but it was immediately followed by Brett's generous 10 cent donation but even James to shame. It must be the Harry Potter page that I just added. The whole Harry Potter thing really is quite the money maker! donation chart
Update:
James has upped his donation bring our total donations to a whopping 48 cents! When the website has taken in enough, I'll get rid of the advertisements. Whahoo!
Harry Potter Theories - Snivilous
Tue 8/30/2005
Last night I was working late and my brother, Matt, came on line. We started talking about the latest Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince theories. Since the chat contains so many of my arguments for why Severous Snape is and evil character in the books, I've decided to just post the chat. If you don't like Harry Potter, you'd better stay away from this one. Read our conversation here.

Book of Mormon Timeline
Mon 8/8/2005
For the past couple of weeks I've been working on a Book of Mormon Timeline. It shows a summary of what happens in the Book of Mormon, in chronological order, including the birth and death of prominent people. For instance, Alma was 25 years old when he hears Abinadi preach in King Noah's court. At that same time, over in the land of Zarahemla, a 6 year old Mosiah will someday be king of the Nephites. It isn't finished yet but I've made a good start. Take a look. New Section Added: Memories
Mon 7/25/2005
I've added a new section for me to write down my childhood memories. I've started with two stories that I can remember distinctly. The first is of a time that I fell out of a tree and was miraculously saved from death. The other story tells how I got the 7½ inch scar on my back. I've been inspired to add this section because of Pioneer Day. I read some of the stories written by my Great, Great, Grandfather John Bevan yesterday, and decided that I had better get some of my stories written down.

My Harry Potter Prediction
Thu 7/8/2005
Percy is a dead man walking. Everyone is trying to guess who will die in the next Harry Potter book. I want to get my guess out before the book arrives. I say it will be Percy Weasley. He will pull a combination "Peter Pettigrew/Regulus Black" on us. Percy will see the power that the dark Lord is amassing and flirt with a relationship there. But when he sees where it is taking him, he will try to pull out. Too late though -it's a life time commitment- and Percy will be killed like Regulus was. There it is. Short and simple; my prediction for Half-Blood Prince. What are your predictions?
